Did I make the right decesion
So my current "regular" headphones broke two days ago so i just went to the turtlebeach.com and i bought the most expensive pc headphones(the Z6A model). This is my first time ever buying gaming headphones and i would like to know if I made the right decision. Since i bought them so quickly I never got to ask any of you gamers if you own them or if they work. Please comment on
1)Do you have gaming headphones?
2)Are they turtlebeachese?
3)Do they work for ghost mode and all other modes?
4)Did i make the right decision?
Any feedback would be great

...well, the first mistake you made was buying the most expensive headphones thinking they had to be the best. That's usually not the case, although it certainly may be the right decision sometimes.
1) No. Skullcandy headphones are generally designed for music.
2) No. Skullycandy desu.
3) Yes, it's just a matter of not standing next to ingrates with their K1A while they spray it to bits...
4) That's for you to decide... -
How much was it? You should have made some research before just going out and buying the most expensive headset. Astro A40's are overall one of the best gaming headsets available, and they have been for the past.. year I believe?
1. Yes, Saitek GH 20 vibration headset.
2. No.
3. All you need for ghost mode is a loud headset. The louder the better, sound quality not really needed much since all you need is to be able to identify breath which already has a unique sound, you don't need to worry about it.
4. I don't think so, should have looked into some other brands.

Well i orded them from best buy for $90. Dont get me wrong i did do a little research. I just didnt look into other companies that also produce headphones. -
Sorry dude but you bought a bunch of crap. They do not only sound bad but they are also made bad. They feel like cheap Chinese toys.
Sennheiser makes the best headphones. The Sennheiser HD 598 is nearly perfect and the best headphone you can buy for 0€-300€. They cost like 160€ but they are worth the money.
The best headphone I ever tested is the hd 800.
But if you want a good and cheap headphone you can buy the Roccat Kulo, it costs 50€ and is not bad. -
the best gaming headphones are sony, even if they arent for gaming sony has the best quality and i know many gm players who use sony and pwn, i use 180$ dre beats solo, they arent for gaming and i didnt buy them for gaming but they certainly work well but not as good as 20$ sony headphones

I disagree, I owned a $60 Sony gaming headset before, the A40's just hands down destroy it. Louder, amazing quality, looks, in-line remote. I'm pretty sure most other brands out-perform Sony too. -

I used some Sony's for years but they broke, just bought a loud cheap stereo headset with vibrating earcups and a decent mic. I don't need anything more. xD -
I've never had a turtleb though I've bought steelseries headphones and currently own Razer's Megalodon. They all worked fine though this time I especially wanted 7.1.
Anyways, I don't only play crossfire with them as that would be an entire waste. You'll know if you've made the right decision as you continue playing with the headphones. However, If you do regret the decision check if they have a return policy. -

4)Did i make the right decision?
1) Yes. Steelseries 5H v/2
2) Nope obviously
3)Yes i realy enjoy then in all of the game modes. Suits my Ears perfectly ^^
4) Well u should allways ask some one who know about the stuff you'r going to buy and you can also get alot cheaper headphones with almost if not the same quality ans specs by checking around before making your decision.
but as many other ppl said it's up to you if you'r happy with the once u bhought or not.
