What do i need to do?

What do i need to do to convince Support that i didn't account share? I always say that i had a open ticket before i was hacked (4G is my account) and the hacker got all my personal information (Paypal email, first password etc...). So when i recover my account, they always auto-message me a "Account sharing, please see out teams and blablabla..."

What do i need to do to convince that i didn't share my account??

    Yes, I do believe there are ways of hacking someones accounts without account sharing that z8games doesn't concern themselves with. I'm guessing you have no chance of getting it if you have done all you can to proof your case and they still don't help.

    I downloaded kills marks on youtube that had virus, cleaned my pc, but that didn't helped me out -.-
