I won the sterling in 4 crates yesterday. Noticed that many people messaging me in game saying gratz and asking if they can use it. Is the Sterling hard to win or something?

Well, BM guns aren't actually hard or easy to win but it depends on luck. Plus the Sterling is new and they probably haven't used it before.

The only plus of the sterling is the smoke when it fires. That's why it's not own by many people, no one wants it very badly.

The weapon itself is actaully pretty bad, I would take M12S over it any day. Congrats nonetheless.

I'm happy with my brand new stakeout. xD

I just won Sterling yesterday and must say it's pretty nice, even though I had expected more...maybe I'll still have to get the Kriss LM.
Anyway, after I won it, I directly had a friend invitation in my messages. Never got this when I won Gatling and Minimi, but maybe that's what happens now whenever you win.

And about the Sterling's performance: even though I could've used something overpowered, I'm glad this gun isn't (even though I find it to be very strong): no one can legimately call you a noob with that gun just because it simply is no noob gun like Kriss or Veresk (however, you can safely use the latter as only few people buy it and therefore only a few know how OP it is)

Regarding the Stakeout: I know it has faster reload and a usable amount of ammo by now, but still, this one is more of a fun/close quarters combat/GM gun to me whereas the Sterling is much more versatile. And the XM1014-Adv is a better gun all the way (only superseeded by the Jackhammer).

that's super annoying when you first win something, people see your name on the screen and people start messaging you asking to try it. wth, you just won it and haven't even had a chance to try it yourself.

most ppl want the stakeout(me) because of the sick ass sick!!!so they been saving it till this week. first person winning that gun was my best friend 8 in 5 crate. it is a ok gun really. I prefer my kriss if it goes down to SMG.

Same of all zp gun, this is hard to win in zpcrate you have probably 1/1million chance to win it or more. This gun is not really good. Maybe because this gun is new some want to try it. Try thompson if you like smg.

Not many own the sterling, well it's not exactly a popular crate. 4 crates though, that's a nice grab. Have fun with it!

It's a shame that they made the same errors as COD did with the Sten and Type 100.

Holding a SMG of this style by the magazine produces more friction between the rounds and spring, which leads to easier jamming. XD
