Setup Wont Run?

Hi, everytime i open the downloaded ( 736mb) setup file it comes up with the do you trust the program? i click yes, then a black command prompt looking window pops up, but closes very fast, i read something on it that said to big to fit, but anyway after that it comes up with a no publisher name, do you you want to run? i go yes then nothing happens. please help me?

I had this problem once, what you have to do is uninstall CF and delete all of the files associated with it, like all the files in my programs and that, then reinstall it and it should work
