For example: Salads are healthy because they have lettuce, tomato, and other healthy veggies.
It goes both ways...
implying salads can ever be considered as UN healthy... -

All these noobs who dont need to diet for a good physique... xD
I used to eat what ever I wanted to, then I got fat, so I stopped eating a lot and cut my intake to about 1000-1500 calories a day, sufficient to say that after sometime I became overly skinny.
I am now muscle bulking so my diet consists of- oats and protein shake with water in the morning, fruit as a mid morning snack, lunch with alot of steamed veg, fruit a few hours after lunch, then more fruit, then another protein shake, then a good high protein dinner, then fruit later on, and a protein drink before bed.
I do not drink juice, eat sweet, cake or junk food and I do not eat out alot, maybe once every few months xD
Low Fat, Mid Carbs, High Protein- Best way to go, its working alot for me so far =] -
