FPS went down from 180 to 50

After the patch my FPS went down from around 180 to 50 and below. Does someone know how to get more FPS again?
I already changed the fonts back and tried gamebooster, but both didnt work.

It solved from itself, i dont know why. I played a game DesertStorm and right after I died the 2nd time the FPS went straight back to 200-230.

I was gonna say set its priority to Realtime through the Task Manager. It adds 20 FPS for me. But your problem was solved so nevermind. :P
