Yes it varies. Go to a server where there are less people and then spend about 1009$ cad of ZP. :P

The items/ZP etc values are stored on a separate server anyway so it wouldn't matter.

I dont think it matters. However, I do kinda believe that you have the best chance to win a new gun the day it is released.
