Failed to connect to host server

In the last 2-3 days I keep getting this "Failed to connect to host server" error constantly, and obviously, in the middle of the game, I get back to the lobby, and then I get a message like the title says. I tried to unistall - reinstall CF but I still get that bug. Thanks!

  • Normally you can not connect to host server means there is a disruption in the normal use of the internet. What can cause these disorders?

    1. An antivirus program or firewall is scanning the packet (data) that sends Crossfire and interrupts your normal game. Try adding Crossfire to your exceptions list, disable the firewall, or change the program of use to safety equipment.

    2. Any program can be updated and can alter the data is being sent. Whenever valley to play any game online should close all unnecessary programs .. Use a program like SmartClose or GameBooster (latest version)

    3. The Internet can be this bad and try to fall and lose many packets. - If you share internet with another PC, the functions of another team could be causing this problem. You may want to play Crossfire only when in a single PC. - If you are sharing internet with your phone line, any output on incoming calls could disrupt normal Internet use and cause this problem. You may need to consider changing your plan, or playing when the phone is not in use.
  • i have been having the same problem for about a week now thought it was my connection but my other games run smooth with no connection issues.
