Sound Problems since last Patch

Is anybody else having issues with sound since last patch, i.e unable to pinpoint.
Sound is usually in stereo but seems to be in mono atm so making it impossible to pinpoint..

yes I have the same issue, but its not so much as if its in mono instead of stereo, its more like everything is off set by approx 2-4 feet to the right depending on the range of the ghost, and yes it makes it impossible to pinpoint
