Can't sell dual double barrel

i bought the gun when it came out and i dont like it, so i wanna try to get the new gun. everytime it says item purchase has failed, and i sent in support ticket already, how do i sell it?!?!?!

There is a bug where you can't sell the DDB right now. Just wait till its patched.

The DDB are currently bugged to where you can't sell them. Until it's patched you have to deal with it.
