Error del juego.

Hello, contact you because today 19/06/2012, at approximately 8:30 pm, time and date in Colombia, I was playing in a game of DesertStorm to complete the daily quests, when from one moment to another full play to me get a message that said:'''' Hak Tool'''' 1:0 ben detected something, then the message appeared to press'''' OK'''' and click on the hill and I was completely CrossFire'''' game'''' quickly try to enter the game again and I went out a message that said something haci:'''' have blocked account 0 days, 0 minutes, 0 seconds haci something like'''' and press'''' OK'''' and I closed the game again, try to enter the game again for the third time and finally I entered normally, let me clarify that I was not using any external program that allowed in the game or other program not legal because it was only open on my computer the CrossFire . I think this is a mistake, but what I wonder is whether this error tell me, I mean I added a more banned my account. apart from this response that I also want to meet as many have banned my account and how many are banned permanently bans an account.
