Make purch and receive email but not put zp in account

hi , i just send a ticket to admin's about purching...is say Your order has been shipped but when i join in game i have 0 zp

, i hope to resolve as soon as they can

Wait about 24 hours and your purchase should be completed, if not, contact the support of whichever company you purchase from.
