I can explain my words.
You remove 5 ZP crates, which can provide to users some temporary guns AND, if you have a luck - you can get a D.E.-scope as main reward. Yes, nobody want to purchase DE-scope ZP crates, because all users can get it free. You replace that ZP crates to temporary XM8... XM8 was a mediocre gun for all game modes, but now you did ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE - you replace mediocre XM8-spring to VERY GOOD M4A1-Bronse.
I want to ask you, dear GM's, HOW you can sale now M4A1-Custom crates and M4A1-Adv as a temp. ZP gun? You lose a big pack of money. That's a reason, why you must be fired. For a horrible marketing policy.

at first - RIP to M4A1-Adv as temp. ZP gun. Nobody want to get that gun, imho.
at second - in next 30 days Z8Games CF will be full of players with M4A1-Bronse, so - i bet, QQ must increased VERY HIGH, hackers kill you fast and without any sound, mass kick of good players in game (i got my M4A1-Bronse 3 hours ago, play 3 HM games and kicked from all rooms as a hacker, because it's very easy to HS mutants if you use that gun...)
So... let's see, who is right in a future?

Just deal with it. Most people are happy that they can get M4-Bronze. Think about the GP players who don't buy ZP but overall nearly everyone is happy about the Dog Tag System!
Plus they get good amount of money everyday from people buying ZP. -
Working for missions, especially if you're a high rank, can be quite time consuming. Plus there's a huge possibility you'll receive duplicate dog tags which obviously don't stack. I think the M4A1-Bronze for 90 days is a justified prize compared into the amount of effort most people put in to collect the dog tags. Credit to Z8 for listening to the community and changing it.

So what are you trying to say, you work for Z8Games? You know what marketing strategies they should do because you work in the office, have the statistics and feedback of the community?
G4Box and the developers know what they're doing when it comes to marketing. They know what will harm them, and what will help them. Players didn't want the xm8-spring anymore, and it was said the reasons why that the deagle scope was not staying. Players are now getting what most people are considering a nice gun as a reward, you should have absolutely no problem with that.
These guys went to school for this kind of stuff, it's their job to know what they're doing, and they do indeed know what they're doing. The changes in game recently have been to improve the lifespan of the game, and it is working.
SmileGate, a company which made $150,000,000.00 revenue last year, know what they're doing. They're company isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
You're a player, not an employee. No one is losing their job, no one is being stupid. What they've done is what they know will still make them profit and keep the game going.
You're trying to tell a company, the ones making the money here, the ones with the degrees, the ones with a developer that makes quite a nice buck each year, that they don't know what they're doing.
The game isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Especially not because of a gun being given free. -

I'm actually really happy that the replaced it with a silenced gun.
So you can go do bad things to your self I love it.
No more freaking annoying nubs with XM8 in GM so

P.s Saidin and fallenangel don't got much control over what is put ingame the devs do that the maybe take some advice from saidin and fallenangel what the again get from the community and try to keep everybody happy and I think the whole ghostmode community is pretty much happy with this decision so you can complain all about it but I'm happy with it. -

People keep reiterating the same thing so I'm going to be closing this.
As I said, no one is losing their job. No one made a stupid mistake putting the M4-Bronze there.
Also it's funny how you just go right up and say that Saidin and Angel should be fired when you have no clue if they even had a say in the bronze m4a1.
Assumptions - Don't make them.
The employees know what they're doing. They went to college and work for this kind of stuff they were hired to do this because they know what they're doing. Just because you think it's stupid doesn't mean that in reality it's not. They have the statistics, they have the community feedback, and they have the knowledge to do what they believe will keep the game going and keep the community happy.
If you want to continue this in anyway, you're always free to PM me, as is everyone. But you're a player, leave it to the people who's job it is to do this stuff to decide whether or not it is a smart decision.
It's nice to know you care about the life of the game, even if you aren't being the most polite in the matter.
