Help!!!

i was wondering, does anybody had been having problems joining a hero mode x room, well i have, whenever i try to join a room my pc freezes, i have been looking for a solution in the Cross Fire Technical Support section and i have found nothing (or maybe im blind). i have no problem joining every room in any mode but at hero mode x my pc just stop working and i have to reboot, is there any solution to this issue??? if its already on the forums, can you guys give me the link to it or give me an advice to solve this problem, thank you.
PS: sorry if my english its not very good

I've had that problem too, but it happened randomly. Sometimes it would load, and sometimes it wouldn't. Not sure how to fix it though.

it happened randomly to me too but now it happens every time i tried to join a hero mode x room

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Seriously though, no clue. Has a reinstall proved successful?

i had this problem but sense 3 days ago until now it never happened, try after this patch i'm pretty sure they'll fix it, but if they didn't i heard you can join it successfully by joining when the game start.

i have uninstall and reinstall again, clean my pc with several programs, downloading the latest version of the client and.... nothing, same thing happen over and over again

This is a relatively new bug. If you have been in any HMX rooms lately and see people who join the game with a 0 status/ping, they are getting the bug. It came along recently, and should be fixed ASAP.

jummm ok i will wait and if it happen again after the patch i will try sending a support ticket, thank you guys, if you have any other advice i would appreciate
