Account Errors, hck tool dectected

in the last week i have been recieving hack tool detected alot, and also duplicate ID errors and today it says permanently banned on all my accounts.

Today (after buying my zp) i logged in and checked to see if it registered, it hadn't registered but i got the first hck tool detected message then, i exited out tried to log in again and it said duplicate ID detected or something along those lines. i Exited everything tried again and got a banned message, i exited again and Closed EVERY program running that i could, still banned. I restarted and it said ID duplication again so i go on a different account. it worked and i was then later able to log on my main account. Now no mater what i do it says permanently banned.

well this same sort of thing has happened a few times today and off and on for the last week(though not this bad.) any thoughts?
