My old main.
Back in March; My account was stolen (Don't make some stupid comment saying I shouldn't give out my information or download hacks; because I didn't), and I've tried ever since then to retrieve it.
I've sent in multiple support tickets in a fail attempt to get my account back.
I was gonna go into my register email and get the information that was sent to me. e.g Char creation date, etc, but my email was blocked because I stopped paying the bill for that company, so I can't check that email, and get such things like the creation date.
I've provided a shet load of evidence in previous tickets, from
and I get a stupid response that says this:
Dear player, generally, we need player to provide us with some basical information of a certain account. We may need more information if it is necessary.
Meanwhile, getting "hacked" is linked to any one of the following behaviours:
1) Visiting a website designed to scam people from z8games accounts to try to gain Free Z8 which is impossible.
2) You have downloaded a malicious piece of software specifically designed to target your z8games account. [read: a hack for CF] Almost all hacks for CF have some sort of virus buried in it. Most of them are keyloggers.
3) You gave your password or any account information away to someone. This includes best friends, family members etc.
4) You have bought or sold the account from someone else. Which is against the rules, and still your responsibility.
Both of which are your responsability and have nothing to do with you being hacked.
In this instance, you did not get hacked. You lost your account because you shared the info on it. No hacking was involved. Your account was compromised because you were careless with the security of the information on the account.
Z8 is not responsible for this type of behaviour and can only help prove ownership of an account based on information we request of you.

If you're gonna accuse me of giving out my account info / downloading illegal shet; the least you could do is go back over automatic support responses, and check for grammatical errors.
With that being said, can anyone help?
And how should my support ticket be formatted / What should go in the comment box/other fields?

Z8Games doesn't matter if you have been locked into hotmail but they should seek other options to help, in this case are you.
First off, I wasn't 'locked into' anything. I was 'locked out of' my ATT.net account, because I dropped their service. Don't post some useless stupid shet, as you're a wanna-be Mr.SirPano.

My old main got stolen off me, doesn't matter how (didn't download hacks)
I called the z8 support, I wrote over 25 transaction ids and every email and password and security Q&A .
So z8 did nothing, I did get it back but it's perm banned for account stealing, called them again and all they said this account is permanently banned we can't do anything about it, we don't have your visa number in our system. I responded with dirspect : is this even a ****ing company? -
One does not simply lose account to hacker, you must've given it out in some way, shape, or form.
Anyways, this feels like you're just updating us with what you're doing; we cannot help you with a stolen account, and you won't be helped here because we can't do anything about it. -
Good luck. If they haven't given the info/etc. back to you already, they probably never will. I hate sending support tickets cause its always auto-messages. Whats the point of support if no one is helping. Again, best of luck. I tried to just switch my old accounts clan to my LT but I didn't remember my security answer. Sooooo, I sent a ticket and provided more than 5 different examples proving the account was mine but they said it wasn't enough and that was that. Pretty lame.
