Most sites on the deep web are highly illegal and ARE being watched by the FBI. I dont recommend going there unless you have 7 proxies.

Yeah...let's put it this way, there are sites dedicated to buying and selling every possible known drug, and sites dedicated to other, rather illegal things.

It IS monitored by the FBI, so be careful what you do.

I don't THINK you'll have the FBI knocking on your door for visiting a site, but if you decide to buy something or other, expect to have them at your door before your actual package comes.
