Opening a support ticket is super beneficial to our players in receiving assistance with issues, in order to ensure that we service you better and faster I have created this guide to help you submit properly.

The support site is located at http://support.z8games.com.

*Please note that responses take 3-5 business days or longer based on the queue of tickets. They are answered in the order they are received.

What is a support ticket?
A support ticket is an easy and direct way to communicate with staff about any problems or issues you are experiencing with our service. This includes Payment Issues, Game issues and Account issues.

Some of the issues for opening a support ticket include the following examples, please read below for a guide on how to submit a support ticket for those following issues.

I.Account Loss
1.Begin by logging into our website a www.z8games.com and click on the support tab. This also contains common FAQ questions that may answer your general questions.

2.Next you will see you are greeted with the FAQ, if you cannot find you answer in that section proceed to the right side and click on the "Web Form" link on the right.

3. You will be greeted with a drop down, please select "ACCOUNT", and then "ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION"this ensures that a proper representative will answer your ticket.

4.Next it is very important that you will out as much detail about your account as you remember, account loss cases are complicated and we need as much information as you can provide to verify your ownership! this includes previous passwords, emails and payment information! Once you're done just click "Submit" and you're done!

    4. Select "Billing / Purchases".

    5. Please fill out as much information as you can, please note that if you don't have a transaction ID you will need to obtain it from the method you purchased from:

    Prepaid Cards - Paybycash, UGC, Karma Koin
    Credit Card - Buddieshops
    Gift Cards - Fastcash


    *Survey points from offers can only be looked into with a transaction ID, if you did not get credited you will need to go directly to the provider as we are not affiliated with them. (ie. Sometrics, SuperRewards, Gambit and GratisPay).

    Please include confirmation screenshots if you have them as it will assist us in assisting you.

  • IV.Hack Reports

    3. You will be greeted with a drop down, select Crossfire.

    4. In the second drop down, select Hacking report

    5. Fill out the information, please ensure your name is correct and the type is also correct.

    Wall hacking - Player can see through walls
    Bot - Player is auto-aiming
    Walk through walls - Glitching into spots you normally cannot get into / walls
    Glitch - Same as above
    Fast reload - Player has a much faster reload, generally instant
    One Shot kill - Player has increased damage
    Speed Hacking - Player is moving faster than usual


    If the game is SnD you can include rounds, if not you can just write the number of kills for TDM.

    6. You will also need to submit a replay, this can be found in the default location:
    C:/My Documents/Crossfire/Replay

    Without a replay we will not be able to accept your report.

    7. Click "submit".

    **Please note that reports are dealt with in sequence, also after submitting you will not be notified with the result of the report due to privacy issues

  • IV. Reading and Replying to tickets
    1. Begin by logging into your account, once you are logged in if you have a ticket that has been answered you will see a flashing envelope at the top you can click it to bring up your ticket.

    2. Once you click your question, please click on "View Response" to see the answer.

    3. In the below box you will be able to type a reply back as long as the ticket is not closed. To do this type your reply in the text box and click reply.
