Account hack

Ok, so I was logging on crossfire, and apperently some1 has hacked my account and changed the password! I double checked, and then sent myself an e-mail to try and get the password. when I logged into the e-mail, I got two change e-mail verifacations. Itried to follow the link to the reporting unauthorized changing, but I went to the re login page instead. Please tell me how to get my account back!

did you give out your info or have you downloaded any hacks.

It should also be known that a banned account will remain banned regardless of who was on it.

That means that if you did get keylogged by downloading a hack, and the person who logged in hacked on your account (as well as you) then you're likely facing permanent bans on this account and we won't be reversing them.

Our suggestion here would be to not download hack programs, and not give out your account information.

HE even said that he tried to download a hack.
Besides what if the person with his account already started to go on a hacking spree. hes doomed. i remember when my main got hacked it took a good 6 months ( maybe even more) to get it back. im very lucky to get it back but on the downside its perma banned from the fourms

In that case, your account was probably keylogged. Contact Support, and see if you'll be able to provide enough information to get it back.

yes, i too have eye sight and i too saw his post but the terms dont say you will be banned for downloading hacks, it says you will be banned for using hacks/3rd party programs etc. and also for having them on your desktop... xfire somehow senses that crap

the email you was registerd with before always gets a notfication saying "Email Request change" check that and it should show the email that it was changed to
