AUG underestimated?

I rarely see any one using the Aug anymore is it realy that bad compared to all the other rifles?
personaly i love it and use it almost every day as my main gun.

Plz Give me your thoughts about the Aug/Aug camo.

to me it feels the same as using an ak, except with a scope... I get the same amount of kills, and it has a similar recoil and similar power... Although, if I remember correctly, its spray pattern is different from an ak.

It's good, but I usually use an ak or a g36k.

Aha AUG rocks! it used to be one of my favourite ESL weapons but I'm not sure why people don't use it much these days, maybe they can't use it

I like it. It's got good control imo and the nice scope as an added bonus for versatility.

Reload could be a bit better, but I think its a good gun.

It's a pretty decent gun. I would buy one if it didn't have such a slow reload. Still trying to win that aug-camo

Aug Camo is good, because of the ammo/accuracy/reload.
The original aug is brutal, the 2.9 sec reload + not a 1 hit headshot @ all ranges

The AUG feels somewhat underpowered and inaccurate when I fire it.

Reload is as slow as the Scar heavy, while firing rate is about the same as K2.

Very accurate like the K2.

It used to be my favorite weapon for about 3 months when I first started playing. There is low recoil for the first like 10 shots, which fit my playing style. Plus I really like the scope. But like everyone else says, the reload kills. I now use the AK because I can aim better and it's more powerful.

It's not that it's a bad gun, it's just not popular. It's relatively similar to the AK-47, but since the AK-47 has so many variants compared to the Aug, the Aug is kind of forgotten, and new players don't really want it.

Thanks for shining a light on this awesome gun though, it deserves it.

Very accurate like the K2.

The ROF of the K2 is waaayy slower than the AUG.
9.1 RPS vs 10.7 RPS
K-2 vs Aug
K2 is more accurate IMO
Has less recoil due to a lower ROF.

First crate gun I won(6 crates, bought the crates as soon as I ranked up and waalaah). It's accuracy is really good, so great at it throws me off sometimes.
Most of the time all you need to do is aim anywhere near the head and BOOM HEADSHOT!

Always wondered, is the Aug-Camo a 1 hit HS at all ranges? I remember reading that it was, but whenever I use it in even egypt across the map it sometimes does 97-99.

Aug and Aug camo are really good guns imo.. But its not the gun It's how you use the gun which makes it good

... I love the AK spray but for some reason I just cannot get the aug spray down

Thats why I dont use it anyway lol.

I totaly agree with you. When i spray it Dosent feel like the classic Ak spray at all eaven though its almost identical

Medium-High Power
High Range
Looks cool

Cons:
High Recoil
Slow Reload
Hard-To-Control recoil.

Its a decent rifle. Better than most. But not great.

It's quite good, but there are other rifles that are better I think. Yesterday I used it (the Camo version) and sometimes even when I was single shooting with it the crosshair moved away a lot.

Aug is weak, not always one shot headshot, and extremely SLOW reload, TAR is better IMHO.
