Visa is a prepaid visa. You'd go to credit/debit card and use credit card or buddie shops.

Never could get a Gift Card to work either. But it always took my Debit or Credit Card's.

found a way. credit/debit -> clicknbuy only thing that worked for me and it was instant all the rest took about 30 mintues to decline.
