Blocked from 0 hours and 0 sec

From last few days i got too much "disconneted from server" message.after that when i log in again i got this blocked 0 sec message .i think this is my net problem which will be recover 1-2 week but will i have any chane to be banned for this reason?i never use any hack or something other .
