Hello,
i had a account :mavinio
it is my account but someone stole it me and no the account has a other name !
i know the security question and answer and details like my firts weopn and ...
i want it bag what can i do?
when you can answer in german but i speak englisch too

Account. You will have to show proof, like receipts that it is your account. If you can't you cannot get your account back.

but i take all paysafecards to the trash
i have no receipts only proofs like infos about my weopens and the creation of my account

As long as u can provide few digits from safe card it should help, But the history should safe the digits on your computer on your safe card.
You only need to know 2 of old information. Which could be your Security answer and email.
If that doesnt work you can try to provide them with the IP you created your account on, if u havent moved or changed the internet provider it should be the IP you are using right now. Last 2 things are the first Email and Password you used to create the account, provide them with that one 2.

Information on your weapons and creation date is not enough. If you remember your security answer, be sure to include that!
