I'm portuguese and when i try to take a screen shot nothing appens, and every time i switch server or logon i have to go controls and on jump and press space.

This appens to someone else?

I know all portuguese ppl have to do it and i think the problem is in keyboard lenguage but the symbols are diferent and is hard to wrtite with american keyboard.

I think its just your keyboard. If you make it to a US layout it should be fine. It happens to me too when I accidentally make it change to French Canadian and I can't jump and I have to reset the controls.

For the screenshot, im not sure, maybe just reset the screenshot key to something else? Or when you use an american keyboard layout it'll work.

The [GM] ppl can't make something in game to make all the people with all keyboards to play and don't have to change the setings?

Same to me cuz i got finnish keyboard but i have changed it always to EN(English) and then it works.. done this over 2 years xD it goes automatic now ^^

Yeah i know how to change that but to writte is hard because i don't know where are the symbols to writte

My keyboard randomly turns to Chinese while playing games sometimes.

I have to restart the game or the computer.

No this is the english version of the game. Theyre not obliged to do anything for a country or language they dont support.

You'll have to do what has been suggested. Use the US layout.
