XHM loading error

hello guys, i don't know if any of you have faced this problem, but whenever i try to get

in XHM the loading screen stay in their i left it for 15 minutes and it didn't start the game, or

got error, it just stay in their, it start happening sense the nightfall patch, and it happens

every time i try to play it. did any of you had this problem?

and what is the solution?!?!?!?
