My response is to 'Ignore' and not answer him back because he will just answer you back again and you will be put in a circle that doesn't end. Don't think that you can change his opinion after answering him back - if you show him that he is totally wrong, he will still stand with his insult arguing with his point.

I'm 2nd LT and I lost my honorable ribbon too, so what? Does it immediately mean I use hacks?

Ontopic: just ignore them, they won't stop QQing and going against them will only make it seem like you're protecting yourself to not get kick voted because you might be using hacks.

Nope.You are wrong here,sir!

There's a high percentage that anyone without a honorable ribbon and is below or just reached 2nd LT most likely lost that honorable ribbon due to hacking. What gives more support to this is if the account does not have many zp weapons, which lowers the possibilities of having charge backs.
