Is there a way to track how many wins you've gotten in HMX for the ribbon?

Yes: write down the amount of wins you accumulate for both sides on a sheet of paper.

Or just play like 10 games per day and check your profile (website) daily to see if you get the ribbon then stop playing it.

You could also make a table in Word or Excel and keep track of it there

I think Saidin or a Mod already said it !!
1- Grab a paper, and a pencil ( you can also use a pen

)
2- Write down everytime you win, and wether it's a soldier win or mutant win
( you ALSO get to choose your own way of recording

)
3- Just wait until you reach 100 in each one
