X-trap error code

I get an 'access to x-trap is unstable' message with Code field 10-0300-00000000-200 and have been doing for almost two weeks now - I've tried a few things and not had any luck. I've re-downloaded the game etc. I've also tried Crossfire Europe and get the same thing. Any advice welcome please.
