i can''t login game and I did log-in to z8games and than page half loading... and click clan and click profile!!!
It show up a page says" Retrieving Data.............*"
Im live in Turkey, Mugla. Turkey in the Green Zone but this problem is stared yesterday.
I tested the other connection, other computers but unable to login.
I tested with proxy no-problem clan page and game enter.
Why? Fix please

It means that you are trying to get information of your clan. It could be your internet speed. This various.
For example if you have faster internet speed. The result would be a faster "loading". -
This seems to be some of the AJAX calls failing. That could happen because of a bad network connection or too long of an RTT.
Why would it work through a proxy and not through your normal host? I'm not sure. Are you on a corporate network or does your ISP or country do any types of content filtering? -

Exactly! Mainly is your network connection.

Perhaps you've been detected out of the region? Feel free to send a Support Ticket regarding this problem. Be sure to include your IP Adress, along with your location.
They don't block IPs(Region Based) in the Z8Games site, just in-game for Crossfire only. So yes, it's his network. Now if he doesn't believe that...then that's his problem. -

EXACTLY! Your net work is currently loading "secured data" When loading with poor internet or connection will causes longer loading time. -
its about green and red zones, in Turkey some cities like an izmir antalya mugla cf server thinks that are not green, its action like a red zone so i hope some gm or technical member of cf see that and hopefully will fix that problem, bec include me so many player cant login cf like +60 hours.... -

İts not about connections speed, ping or whatever like that, its about range of Turkey's ip adresses, you can solve this problem temporarly if you download and install Hotspot Shield program, install it and u can login game but, its increase your ping like %30-%50 your original.

Yes, I know Hotspot and other vpn and proxy services but i dont like this way. Ping problem some times Disconnect. Why not read this post z8 officers, GM's, Moderators.

Okay, now I see. It definitely is your network blocking the sites. The reason you're able to access them through an IP proxy is because it bypasses your network completely.
Try contacting your ISP through customer support, they should be able to help you. -

I tired contact with my ISP result=no-problem. But problem Only from Z8. I sended ticket to z8, but i have copy/paste response "Dear player, bla bla ". -
when i want to login cf site i got this message, please mods GM's or whoever can solve this problem be work on it, we are spending money for cf but cant play and cant hear yea we are trying to solve this... TURKEY IS IN THE GREEN ZONE, ITS NOT IN EUROPE, ALSO MY CHAR HAS BEEN CREATED IN 2009 !!! -
If that's the case, go play the European version of Crossfire. You'll have better ping there anyways.
[GM]Saidin had posted a thread where you could dispute your location, and they would allow your IP to be unrestricted if you were in the green zone, but I can't seem to find it. If you really want to, use the Search function at the top, you may be able to find it. -

i cant go on playing cf beacause it says that " FAILED TO CONNECT TO SERVER" .. i know there is something wrong with that and thats why i cant connect to play cf..what was the main reason of this?.. thanks for the help..i really appreaciate it.. im not too techi but i really dont know what is main cause for that message...thanks a lot -

Next time please create a new thread with your problem. It sounds like there is something blocking your connection to Crossfire, make sure you disable any anti-virus programs before booting up Crossfire. -

Are you kidding? i am playing cf since 2009, do you know how much money i spent ? how many hours played ? its easy to say go for cf uk, its not the solitions, i live in Turkey, and Turkey is in green zone, and also my char has been created in 2009 i must able to join this game !!!
