Cf fps still capped or not?

Is the fps in crossfire still capped? Some people still tell me it is and others tell me it isn't, I wouldn't know cuz I only get 50-70fps. I meant one guy that had 700fps and another one who had 302fps. So is the fps on CF still capped or not?

No, my friend has a computer that looks really old (the big fat white ones) but he has 225 FPS.

My Alien has like 180 - 200 - 300 FPS. Woah.

I got i7 too but a smaller disk. Its not a M17X. So yea. Impossible.

You don't need an alienware to get 200 fps on CrossFire --;

If people say they got more than ~220 fps on CF then whatever fps counter/viewer they're using is going by the fps of an overlay they use (such as mumble or xfire etc.).

I have 4gb of ram and get around 200 fps

Better cpu > gratuitous amounts of ram.

I only have 8 gb of RAM and I'd probably hit around 600-700 without the cap on Crossfire. For now I'll stick to 200-220 FPS though.

I hit 400-500 on Portal 2... Id be interested in what id hit in cf

Yeah I know. Pretty sure my computer would explode with happiness while playing Crossfire, you know, the usual rainbows everywhere, dancing bunnies, stuff like that.

I remember my cousin playing with the Fraps overlay (FPS counter), and his was capped at 999 FPS for some reason.

Fraps overlay glitches out. Mine doubles what fps i actually have when playing gta4
