I don't understand why he'd infract for this. It's in the appropriate section, it's got nothing I see that should be infracted for. If you needed an infraction Rory would've given it to you. Singling out 9 is very rude.

The photo was copyrighted by 9gag. I know talonblaze has infracted someone for posting some of his abnormal 'artwork.'
9gag is a <removed> site that takes all their stuff from other people and claim it's their own. So no issues there. -
