Is the M4A1 Custom Crystal offered anymore when you get 20 ribbons? On YouTube I saw a comment that they said not.

It's still offered through ribbons...
Be a little patient, it can take 24-48 hours for the gun to appear in your storage, even after you receive the 'My ribbons and made of crystal' ribbon.

If you don't get the M4 Custom Crystal, request a ticket.

it kinda suk sometimes i have it for about 8 month i think,and now it kinda suk i think m4a1 custom is better then the custom crystal.but some guys said that cc has lower recoil,i took it in game and after 4 bullets the aim mark was like the all screen BIG,and i have it fully repaired.but it is a free gun that u must have.so try to get it.ah and before they gave custom crystal i remember that the reward was m4a1 custom,in those early days of ribbons.

Click on the link and on the right hand side of the page, you'll see a link called 'Web Form' [NEW]. Click on this, choose Crossfire for the 'Game Related' and then 'technical support' as the category.

You have to have the ribbon commemorating the achievement of 20 ribbons prior to receiving the weapon.

Once you get that ribbon, it's usually no more than 48 hours to receive the weapon. There is only a check once a day on profiles ya know!

My friend just got one like few days ago, im pretty sure you can still get one

if not just send a support ticket to z8 and they will help you with this problem

m4a1 custom has never been a permanent rifle by ribbons only the crystal custom

Either you're high, or you're intoxicated. The M4C was never available for 20 coupons; it was and (probably) always will be the M4CC.

Like others have said, it still being given.

YouTube comments aren't a source for reliable CF info.
Anyone can make a comment that can be entirely untrue on YouTube.

If you want to be informed of all changes in the game, it best to look under the announcements Sub-Forum here, they are made by GMs and are more reliable then some random commenter.
