It won't hurt to try

Anyway, i have this strange problem. I have a 3.4 processor, 1.93GB RAM and my game is still lagging. My ping is 200+ its not the connection that's lagging its my game. Anyone who wants to help me?

I sometimes play on my Brother's laptop and its not lagging it has a 1.83 processor, 516 RAM and not lagging. How is this possible?

use Game Booster,
and make the CF setings (800/600) Dont make it high graph,
and try.

Start -> System Control -> Software
let it search and deinstall all the useless cr4p you dont need anymore

Start -> Run -> Prefetch
delete everything in that folder, should boost your system
