Along time ago in 2009 i Had an Account Named DaRkN3zZ And i Haven't Got on it since 2010. i Lost all my Information for that account. Right now im using my friends account. i Tried everything to get it back but i couldnt. For Verification You can Contact [C]Light or RsNNN. RsNNN is My Brother So He'll Tell you everything. and [C]Light ive Known him for 6 Years And he Was There When i Made it so he'll tell you Too. i Just Want my Account Back Please Help.

    no one on the forums can help you. You need to contact support. If you do not have enough proof to say the account is yours (register email, security answer, zp deposit transaction IDs, previous names ect.) They will not give the account back to you.

    It is not z8s job to keep track of your information that is your responsibility. If you dont have all the correct info they dont know for certain it is your account so you wont get it back.

    I would Advice you to send a [Support] Ticket to Crossfire because they are the only people that can help you with this issue.
    How?

    you can contact the z8game by clicking on the [Support] then you click on the [Web form] and then you select on [Game Related] and then you chose [Account], then you click on the [Category] and Chose [Account Administration], Then you fill in the Info of that account, you have to have at least 2 pieces of the correct account. if not try at least to Find any Transaction ID's when you bought ZP

    As stated by the others, your only choice is to contact Z8 support through the support ticket system here:
    http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx

    Submit it under Account >> Account Administration.
    Z8 has the final word. If they are unable to help you recover your account, then I'm sorry, you're going to have to accept that and move on.
