No Plan Bug

After this Patch, I had this problem, where I can't plant the C4..

The icon appears, the one that tells you that you planted C4, but I can't simply plant. And if I try several times, a message with an error would come out and kick me from the room. And the wierd thing is that I can defuse the C4..

Does anybody know what is going on?
