Failed to exceed the limit

Basicly im trying to buy zp but everytime I try it gives me this error. I know my credit card is ok because i bought 20k zp and 10k zp last night, but it took me like 10 tries. I'm trying to buy 10k zp but i cant because of this error? Thankyou.
