X-Trap and HGW

well today i tried to run the game so i did start game and X-Trap as always poped and started initializing but for some weird reason it took more time than always as loading the game and the steps :S its like for the first 30 seconds its not responding :S but then after few mins ( which takes more time than usual ) the game starts and i enter my password but when i enter any server it shows this

loading error (x-trap nad HGW not responding)

today i tried to run the game as usual but when i pressed start, HGW and x-trap apeared.i waited about 30 second and they weren't showing any progress at all.after about 1 minute they weren't responding so i shut them down.i repeated all that for about 5 times,but nothing changed.then i uninstalled the game and i downladed it again.but nothing changed.ia had the same problem again.please tell me what should i do.
