"Close the game and try again"

Good evening

My problem is that then i start cross fire it gave me the error: HGW Clinet Message "Close the game then try again" , i tried 2 pages of google searching for a solution but nothing.
AV:Avira
Firewall:no
Crossfire Europe
Windows xp sp3
I have minimum requirements,but not a solution:(.
So,can you give me a solution?

If you are playing CF EU, you should post on their forums. This is for the CF NA version.

Ok,i will post there but i think it's a problem that a lot of users still have it,not only those who play on Eu.
Anyway,an idea?
Nobody on EU forum do something to help us,a mod or admin,anything.

Delete your hgwc folder located in C:/Program Files x86/Z8Games/Crossfire, and turn off your anti-virus.
