Anyways, never heard of this type of method of framing.

No they will not get banned, the most you could do is make a fake bust video, they check all the matches/kills made/report history/xtrap bans ect, as easy as it is to hex edit replays making somone else look like they cheated is pretty hard, you would need the exact same players the real player played with and will have to make the exact same kills he did within that match.

This is probably why it takes along to to manually ban someone.

Actually editing the replay must be quite difficult, and the coding must be encrypted to prevent such things, no?

It's possible but almost impossible to do with out having the knowledge that the developers have of crossfire(Joke; and that is not allot) the know how the system is made and works etc really.

You need allot of time maybe reverse engineer stuff to get the basic idea on how it works and than you can start trying to do something with the replay's and if that would work ya good luck putting allot of time in it......

It is possible i know someone can edit a video changing staff around and looks legit his name was Askato He always tell me that i need to realized that we are leaving in doggy dogg world.. esp Internet where have so many exploits

We can verify whether or not the game (with that player) existed by looking at the other players in the game. (yes those records are kept)
