Hi i have patched today and than i start the game HGW and Xtrap patch is okey HGW make 98% Step 10 and than when the window cam to log in came a littel window with the text send error report OK or Abbrechen

Firstly, hi there... just in case you didn't notice, but your picture is outside of the forum borders. Please try to not break those borders next time you post a picture.
The usual format is as 800 X 600, or maybe as a 15 in. screen option.

Anyways, back to your problem.
When that occured, there should have been a report file made. Go to these two places:

C:\CFLog
and copy the most recent .txt files of the crash in question

AND

C:\Program Files(x86)\Z8Games\Crossfire\Report
and copy the most recent DMP file of the crash in question

Submit the two files in a new support ticket, link here:

Attach the two files I told you from before, into that ticket.
Also explain again, hopefully in greater detail, in the Question box.
It wouldn't hurt either to be listing your computer specifications.

Problems similar to this have been posted before, and some believe it's Internet Explorer updates conflicting with xtrap. Try uninstalling Internet Explorer, then see if it works.
