On scrims theres vent/TS/xfire/skype/other voice communication program, so you can call enemies making it more fun and faster. Pubs is just running around with no teamwork. -

Did you just discover that meme, or did mom take the filter off the internet for you?
Anyway, Santoria is a great map. A good sniper can really lock certain spots down and make it hard for the other team to move around.
Protip: As a sniper on GR. As soon as you spawn, go onto the ladder.
Crouch, move down just far enough until you can see the doorway into that box room at A, prescope, and wait.
Since you know, being on ladders has no effect on your accuracy. -
