Is this a hack?
I've never seen this before but maybe I'm just out of the loop:
In the past couple of days I've seen three different people, when I'm watching replays, lose hp on their damage bar and then "magically" they gain the health back. All of these players seemed sketchy to me in the games which is why I was watching the replays.
Before I report them I just wanted to make sure this wasn't a glitch in the replay system. No one else in the replays seems to have this happen so I doubt it's a glitch. But I wanted to make sure before I reported them.
Does anyone have any insights about this? Have you seen this as well?
I'm not going to post the replays here because I don't want to hackusate but I will PM them to you if you are interested.

No but the guys who are shooting them cheat, in a certain hack where you use one shot kill with shotgun spread or somthing like that your gun does 1 damage a bullet, meaning it takes 100 bullets to kill. Watching this on a replay looks like his hp bar is refilling but his only doing 1-2 damage in a place it would take 100hp off/ so it refills i dont know why though

No. But in all instances multiple players had been shooting at them. In the cw instance, my clanmate and I did more than 100 damage in one round to the same player (he did 30 and I did 80).When you kill them, do you see > than 100 damage? -
What were sdd and kick doing? LolNever seen it before, but look at this link..
They spawn on other side of map with auto knife and aim.. well one (NOT SAYING NAMES SO THIS ISN'T A HACKUSATION)

I've never heard of a hack like that before.
It's probably a glitch, the replay system is finicky.
Upload the replay to youtube?I can forward a MediaFire link to the replay for you if you want to see it.

It doesn't hurt to report it anyway. The GMs can look into it and recreate the scenario to see if it is indeed a glitch or something else.
Seeing as the codes to refill your HP bar exists in Mutation Mode, it is entirely possible that some hack-maker found a way to exploit that code for a hack to be used to refill HP in other modes. -

If it is a glitch, it is something they need to know about in order to fix it. If it is a hack, they need to know about it in order to patch it and ban its users.
So you can't go wrong either way by reporting it. -
