Just a note before I post my opinion: This is technically opinionated, as every gun is technically balanced, but the way tat the players exploit their strong points makes the general community view the weapon as overpowered.
A) Hardest weapon to use: the M9. The low damage is even more exaggerated by the huge kick that the M9 gives after every shot, and sniping someone with it long-range is nearly impossible.
Easiest weapon to use: Depends on how you use the weapon, it could either be the M14EBR/Scar Light/M12s, or even an M4A1 or AK-47, depending on the player who is using it (thus, any weapon on the game). -

Hardest to use: M9
Very low damage, low fire rate, high recoil and low accuracy make it a very hard weapon to get kills with.
Easiest to use: Scar Light
Very low recoil makes it very easy to control, the tight circle spray pattern means all the bullets go where you aim, and the above average damage for a rifle makes it easier to kill targets quicker. -

You need to make your shots count, be accurate, time well, etc.

No challenge, a first timer could get a 6-kill with it.
M700 is amazing, and easy to use imo.
Winchester has to be hardest for me, takes real skill to use the thing well.

Have to disagree, xD M9's easy to use in TD, just a couple of shots to the head, Winchester on the other hand has a really slow firing rate, and you have to be like REALLY close to hit the target. -
I agree with some of you but, In my opinion I think the hardest gun is M60 it's kinda hard to control, the recoil is pretty hard to control from far distance and close distance.
The easiest gun I think probably is the K2 / M12 / Scar light it got really low Recoil and it can kill the the person very fast
