At what point during loading do you get the Send Error Report error?

Do you have any running anti-virus software? If the anti-virus you have may be causing the trouble, you will have to turn it off, and re-patch your client. You can repatch your client by deleting the hgwc folder inside the Crossfire folder. (C:/Program Files x86/Z8Games/Crossfire)

And you're sure you don't have any programs which may be conflicting with xtrap, such as an overlay like x-fire, skype, etc.?

If you want me to take a look, post a screenshot of your Processes list in task manager.

Turn off your anti-virus (avgnt.exe), that's probably whats causing the problem.
