Paid with Psc no Zps ?

Dear Z8Games Staff,
I bought 20k zp. I enterd the codes after that on the Psc Site stand Thank you for your pucharse but I didnt got redirected to z8games agian. I looked at my account but there were no zps and there was no Trans ID ... So what I have to do now

  • I ve checked the psc´s as i realised that no zp is on my acc and the money i had to pay for the 20k isnt now on the psc`s, so i payed but i havent got the zp.
    I logged in my acc again and again, but my zp isnt on the acc.

    When I look at the Psc option...

    I see this:
    Tip: A message confirming that your transaction was successful will be displayed upon purchase of Z8Games Points. Please wait for this message to display to ensure that your deposit is not delayed.
    also on the Psc website:
    3. How long does a transaction take?
    It usually only takes a few minutes. If the payment isn't immediately sent to the webshop, you can check the status of your payment in "Details" under the menu option "Balance".
    Have you either:
    A) Seen that confirmation message at the time of deposit
    B) Checked you balance is on the Psc site after depositing (Seeing your quote, I'm inclined to think yes on this...)


    Ummm... I'm sorry I'm not much of help, but I'm trying my best here over a deposit option I'm not familiar with.
    Have you created a support ticket under Account >> Billing & Purchases in regards to this so that the support team can see what is being done for your deposit?
  • Were you charged?
    Have you waited 24 hours after using the codes?

    Some methods of payment require some time to complete, so this may
    be the problem if you were charged. Just wait a day or so, and hopefully
    your transaction went through. If it still hasn't, please contact the support
    of the site you bought your codes from, as they have your money, not Z8Games.
