My friend's account got stolen

Look before you flame I KNOW z8 games do not support people who got their accounts stolen. And because I am so mad right now I am gonna make a thread anyway to see if there is anyone out there who is kind enough to help me.

For me this is desperate and I'm trying to help my friend as right now is literally crying right now as im typing this....

K my friend still can access it (password wasn't changed) however he does not know his email address nor does he know the security answers.

Is there ANY way to change the password without knowing those 2 crucial items? Proof of purchase etc anything?????

I need help here guys plz

You'll want to tell your friend to contact support to see what he can do to have his password changed.

If he/she has the proofs of purchase and ZP transactions/payment logs, and providea as much information as he/she can about any other questions that the Support Team will ask him/her, then there is a chance that he/she will recover the account. Link them here.

Just tell him/her to write everything that they can remember about the account regarding information in the actual Support Ticket. Also tell your friend that I hope good luck for him/her in getting the stolen account back.

Submitting transactions may or may not be enough evidence of account ownership to get that crucial information changed. I don't think your friend is going to have much luck, but you can attempt that method if you feel it'll work.

You will need receipts of proof of purchase for that account. Otherwise you cannot can't get that account back, unless you have another way to show that you own it.

Accounts don't get stolen. Stop giving out your info, in hopes to get free ZP,or just to let a friend play on the acc. Stupid is as Stupid does.
