Are u using windows 7? Cause CF doesn't operate on that.

some more precise system statistics would be helpful
and is there a error code with the blue screen error? if so note it down and google it
9 time out of 10 error codes are very helpful things to google for the solution

not to long ago there was a post by fallenangel saying they cant do IP bans because most hackers now use an ip cloack so its just pointless in IP banning =\
