Regarding game log in

When I try to open the game and log in, the game closes out and I receive a pop up that says "Cross Fire Error" while I'm in the middle of typing my password. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried rebooting, I've tried deleting the xtrap, hgwc and report folders, and I've also tried the Microsoft clean boot. Yet, the problem remains unsolved. Please help!
