How can they use security answer as a question when the security question they list is related to the account you're on?
I filled in a support ticket trying to get a account back, but I just realized I put the wrong SA because it was a different SQ.
Also, does login id count as proof? Or do multiple transactions count as more than 1?

Login name wont count as a piece of information, because it's a very weak piece of evidence, and can be obtained easily. If you could provide multiple transactions for the account, you may be able to retrieve your account.
All I can say is send a Support Ticket with all the evidence of ownership you have, and wait for an answer.
