Settings Won't Change? Please Help!

Problem:
I have an issue with changing the settings for crossfire (video settings, audio settings). Whenever I change the settings and click save, there is no change and settings still remain the same as before. I have sent 2 support tickets and they keep telling me to make a thread even though I did a few times and still no answer. Can someone please fix this issue. It's been happening for about 2-3 months and it's getting really annoying. I really want bullet trace option to work.
